Zarate Medical offers top-notch comprehensive healthcare, with an emphasis on evidence-based primary care and preventive health for all ages. We provide care at the individual, family, corporate, and community levels. As part of your membership package you will receive a personal health summary on a wallet-sized mini-CD ROM that contains your private medical information that you own as part of your own records. When you travel, this can be vital to specialists or emergency staff when necessary. We are now at the newly built First Street Medical Plaza, conveniently located near the 5 and 55 freeways. We offer a relaxed atmosphere that goes beyond the traditional doctors’ office with state of the art equipment and service.

Easy telephone and email access

24/7 access to your doctor - including weekends and holidays. Of course, some medical issues do require a visit to the office, but many concerns can be resolved by talking to your doctor over the phone or communicating via email, once membership is established. The office is here to handle your needs in the most convenient way possible for you. Always feel free to leave a message, calls are returned that same day. Appointments are set with your convenience in mind, and visit lengths are to your satisfaction. At Zarate Medical you receive all the convenience and service to your satisfaction.

We offer facilitated referrals to any specialists in the area or we can facilitate out of area referrals as needed.

Dr. Zarate invested in the Concierge Program so that he could practice medicine in a way that is optimal for both doctors and patients. Orchestration of care & collaboration among your specialists is truly deficient in today’s broken healthcare system. Call and let us know when there is a major problem in your health and we will do all we can to facilitate communication with all involved in your care whether you are in the hospital or need to see a specialist. Convenience

Extended length visits

Appointments are scheduled to insure that you are not rushed in and out of the office and all your questions are answered and concerns addressed. If you leave the office and forget to ask something, just call us.

Flexible appointment scheduling

Scheduled appointments are structured so you can usually be seen the same day or the next day after your initial call.

Many of our patients are busy and time-pressured. Canceling and rescheduling is never a problem. We make our schedule work around your needs, we understand time is valuable. House calls are also available.

Service

Prompt prescription refills

Medication refills are convenient just contact your pharmacy or call us. Either way, with membership privileges we will authorize your refills the same day, except in certain rare circumstances. We have Pharmacy services available on site.

Pleasant, courteous office staff

High standards of customer service in our office is of the upmost priority. We treat patients as we would want our selves or family members to be treated.
